How fun is that?

What a great guy…  AND…  Boy, did he bring in an amazing piece around Genius today.  Oh my…  It was a doozy!  Basically…  Are you using your Genius for what you DO want, or what you DON’T want?  This is not to be missed..  It’s such an important inquiry!!!!

As always…  I’d love to hear what you found out.  :)

Oh, and if you want MORE by any chance…  My husband also makes a video a day, and he had Riggy & Lil on talking about our experience as well…  Super fun!  http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=419474629672&ref=mf

30 Days of Genius ~ Day 19 ~ Are You Willing to Wonder?

30 Days of Genius ~ Day 18 ~ Let Your Genius Inspire Others

Well, yesterday’s topic of Arrogance was a DOOZY.

It was amazing to me that so many of you embraced it like a champ! I got a plethora of emails, facebook posts, and blog comments that just about knocked my socks off… And my favorite part was realizing just how GORGEOUS arrogance can be when it’s fully owned!!!

Thank you all for being my teachers… And for inspiring me with your Genius.

And, yes… I would LOVE to hear some more Arrogant Bragging please. :)

(And if you feel inspired to make a video about it too… PLEASE post it on the fan page here!)

Thank you to Anna Werderitsch, L.Ac.      &        Cynthia Lou!

30 Days of Genius ~ Day 17 ~ Find Genius in Your Arrogance

We’ve spent some great time looking at what’s in the WAY of our Genius…  So now, let’s go straight INTO our Genius!

And I found a fun way to do that…  Did you know our arrogance might actually be a telltale sign of Genius?  In today’s video, I will reveal something I am arrogant about…  And my goofball side emerges once again as I talk a mile a minute to deliver it.  :)

Check it out for yourself!!!

And I’d love to hear about what you’re arrogant about too.  C’mon…  There’ll be Genius hiding there!! (I’ll join you, and reveal another place of arrogance I have in the comments below.)

30 Days of Genius ~ Day 16 ~ Stayin' in the Flow of Genius

Today, we learn how to stay in the Flow!!!

It’s important to be on the lookout for any Upper Limit Behaviors…

So find out about 5 of them here, so you can stay in the flow instead!

Do any of them ring bells for you?

The five Upper Limit Symptoms listed here are: criticism & blame, deflection,

squabbling, getting sick or hurt, & breaches of integrity.

30 Days of Genius ~ Day 15 ~ Dance Party Celebration!

We’re halfway on the Genius Train!!!!! Woot woot!

And to celebrate…  I think it’s time for another ritual.  And to remember that we have bodies on the Genius Train as well. :)

Join me for a fun experiment of a dance party celebration… All aboard for the fun revolution!!!!

30 Days of Genius ~ Day 14 ~ Turn Worry into Genius

Today we find out how to turn worry into Genius.

Gay Hendrick’s talks about Upper Limiting Behaviors that can keep us from living in our Zone of Genius…  Well, worry is number one, so find out a fun way you can change that!  (FYI, I wrote out the procedure below.)

Step-by-step procedure to turn worry into Genius from The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks.

1. I notice myself worry about something.

2. I let go of the worry-thoughts, shifting my focus away from them.

3. I wonder: what positive new thing is trying to come into being?

4. I usually get a body feeling (not a thought or idea) of where that positive new thing is trying to come through.

5. I open my focus to feel that body feeling deeply.

6. I let myself feel it deeply for as long as I possibly can.

7. Later, I often get an idea of the positive thing that was trying to come through.

30 Days of Genius ~ Day 13 ~ A Roundtable Discussion

Yesterday’s topic about the Four Hidden Barriers was HUGE.

And so I wanted to dive in deeper!  I asked my parents and my cousins if they would be open to a roundtable discussion to share their thoughts…   And they were kind enough to say yes to sharing their Genius.  :)

As a refresher: The Four Hidden Barriers from The Big Leap are feeling fundamentally flawed, disloyalty & abandonment, feeling like a burden, and the crime of outshining.  Any of them ring bells for you??

30 Days of Genius ~ Day 12 ~ The Hidden Barriers to Genius

Today we dive in deeper The Upper Limit Problem from The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks.

He says that there are Four Hidden Barriers to our Genius.  I think you’ll be surprised what they are!

Check it out to see what you think…  And I’d love to hear all about it.  :)

PS.  I included the four below the video for your convenience.

The Four Hidden Barriers from The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks.

1) I cannot expand to my full creative genius because something is fundamentally wrong with me.

2) I cannot expand to my full success because it would cause me to end up all alone, be disloyal to my roots, and leave behind people from my past.

3) I cannot expand to my highest potential because I’d be an even bigger burden that I am now.

4) I must not expand to my full success, because if I did I would outshine ____________ and make him or her look bad.
